Review by hotel critic
As a marine biologist dedicated to sustainable travel, I found myself delighted by the culinary experiences at the Grand Mirage Hotel during my latest visit. We indulged in the a la carte menu at the on-site Bali Cardamon, where local flavors meet gourmet presentation. One evening, we enjoyed a romantic candlelit dinner on the beach. The coconut cocktail perfectly complemented the fresh seafood dishes we savored while listening to gentle waves. Breakfast was robust, offering a spread that could easily fuel a day of diving among Bali's vibrant reefs. We also caught an engaging buffet dinner at the Rama Theater, which showcased Balinese culture through delightful performances. Exploring dining options on nearby Pratama Street added a nice touch. The Grand Mirage provided a satisfying glimpse into Bali's rich culinary landscape that resonates with eco-conscious travelers.
